Baby Express - a class to help you get ready for the new baby experience. It includes: car seat safety, breastfeeding basics, baby care, bathing, diapering, and the Happiest Baby class for calming and soothing a fussy baby. Class registration fee includes a "Happiest Baby on the Block" DVD and Soothing Sounds CD-a $40.00 retail value.

Babywearing - FREE class at Rancho Springs Breastfeeding Support Group in Murrieta, CA. Call Sandy Salgado at 951-440-8428 for more information. Bring your baby AND your ring sling, pouch or wrap for the class. Slings will also be available for purchase.

5-week Lamaze Series - The first night is the Family & Friends version of CPR. Class 2 through 5 will cover all aspects of the birth process and postpartum mom and baby. Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Begins October 20 through November 17, 6:30 to 9 each Tuesday night. Bring 2 pillows to class #2 and wear comfortable clothing.
